Hi everyone, I'm Ivelin. I work on the product and dev side, mostly with freelancers and small agencies who do client work.
The thing that pulled me into this space is the awkward part everyone knows but nobody likes: the moment a client says "I thought that was included" after the work is already done. Outreach, content, links, design, it doesn't matter the niche, the pattern is the same. Vague scope at the start, painful conversation at the end.
So I started building ProofNod, a simple way to get the client to approve the scope before any work begins, with a clear record both sides can point back to. Less he-said-she-said, fewer unpaid revisions.
