Why I Decided to Build a Community for SEO and Marketing Professionals
introduction
I’ve been working as an SEO Outreach Specialist for more than eight years, and after hundreds of placed links, long-term collaborations, scams, strategy shifts, and industry changes, I noticed something that became impossible to ignore. At least for me.
The amount of spam and shady behavior that, in 2026 (or honestly, over the last 2–3 years), has completely exploded in this industry.
Because yes, getting into link building today is nothing like it was back in 2020, or before the whole COVID era.
Nowadays, everywhere you look, you risk ending up inside a community full of desperate link builders who would probably sell their own relatives just to land one more placement.
Of course, not before sending you 10 spam emails and 15 WhatsApp messages first, without you ever permitting them.
And that’s exactly why I decided to build one myself from scratch, with strict rules.
